As a reaction and an answer to being trapped in a city where there's a faux-troubadour singing Bob Dylan covers on every other street corner and the only bands that bother to stop are Grateful Dead cover bands, Wyalusing unleashes a set of true outsider tunage that runs the gamut from tropicalia-on-downers strummers to noise-dub freakouts; from solo psych punk demo ideas to late night field-recorded blues ragas, all somehow woven together into a cohesive picture of an environment as experienced by one human being. Also serves as a document of Wyalusing's first experiments recording straight onto tape, as well as recording songs in various locales around Boulder, CO.
